Your expected earning potential per year is estimated to be 75,000.00 - 120,000.00.. Sign on or Relocation bonus optional.

Basis of pay is based on treatment hours and efficiency. We offer a two tier payment system of base pay treatment pay. Productivity bonuses offered. 401K based on Profit sharing. The better we do, the better you do!

Able to supervise a SLPA helpful, but not required. All Supervision can be done remotely if needed

Currently, we have immediate openings for Speech Therapist and Assistants, licensed in the state of California.

Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).

We are 45 minutes to LA and 30 minutes to Santa Barbara. The average temperature here is 78 degrees. We have the joys of a beach community without the crowds. Minutes from Ojai (Where a lot of Hollywood stars have vacation homes). Minutes from great hiking, biking, water sports and lots of other outdoor activities. Great night life, dining, and theater. 3 hour drive to Ski Resorts. Ventura schools are rated some of the highest in California.
